Organic Wine Vinegar
We produce naturally fermented organic red wine vinegar with an acidity of 5%.
All our vinegar is made from good quality organic wines. The wines are fermented in oak barrels and/or tanks and mixed afterwards to obtain our very unique wine vinegar which is rich in flavours and aromas. Furthermore, the vinegar is certified organic according to the European Commission’s standards.
The vinegar can be used to add flavour to food dishes or together with our organic olive oil as a salad dressing.
The vinegar is sold in 375ml bottles and 25L drums for wholesale.
