Cabernet
Sauvignon 2006

Deep maroon centre with light ruby red rim. Wine has aromas of cherry-tobacco, ripe black fruit with hints of peppery spices that follow through on the palate. A balanced wine with well integrated ripe tannins.

Vineyard

10 Ha trellised vines from different clones(CS 15 M, CS 46 C) planted in 2000/1 on fertile Oakleaf soils, with micro irrigation delivering a production of 3,5 - 6,9 tons/ha.
